She was the housemother of an all girls sorority, until one night when the guys from Delta Bi Fraternity decided to pull a prank on them. The prank somehow resulted in the house catching on fire and the housemother couldn't get out, because she didn't know how to open the door. She escaped after eventually learning, but her skin and hair were burnt off. Wanting revenge, she donned a wig and attacked the Delta Bi Fraternity, slaughtering at least seven members. After the death of a member named Scooter (who wasn't even killed by Mother), she was killed by Brock Chirino and Samzy with chainsaws.
Unbeknownst to anyone, Mother had two daughters, and one of them skinned the corpse of her mother's face to wear like a mask. The daughter became Motherface and tried to avenge the death of her mother, but was defeated by Brock Chirino. The other daughter would eventually also don the mask and succeed in avenging her mother and sister by killing Brock and Samzy. However, she too was defeated by Brock's twin brother, Brent.
