Background Info	When He Was a Kid, His Parents Were Murdered and He Was Taken By an Orphanage, But After the Gouverment of a Corrupt Politician Started, He and All the Other Children in the Orphanage Were Transferred to Psychiathric Hospitals, Where They Were Misstreathed and Abused By Everyone in the Hospital During 5 Years, Which Made Him Crazy, and When He Was 15 Years Old, He Escaped and Became a Sailor, and He Traveled Around the World and Lived Lots of Adventures, and One Day His Ship Suffered a Shipwreck and All His Crew Died, Until He Landed on a Small Island Where a Walrus Threated Him as a Member of His Family, and Howard Named the Walrus Mr. Tusk and Called Him His Best Friend, But Eventualy Howard, Desperate for Help and Without Food, Killed Mr. Tusk and Ate His Organs, Just Some Moments Before a Helycopter Appeared to Rescue Him, and After This Experience, Howard Started Trying to Rebuild Mr. Tusk and Made a Walrus Suit with Human Skin and, Using Various Identities, He Lured to His House and Tried the Suit on Multiple Men, Trying to Find One with a Real Walrus Inside Him
