Isaiah is a worker and peasant from a German town, who is a religious fanatic and has a normal truth until his life takes a 360 degree turn when his sick mother who was hospitalized in the local hospital dies, at her funeral he meets his sister again with whom he had not spoken in too long and with these two events Isaiah loses his mind, begins to have dreams where a hooded god and taking his appearance comes down from heaven and among crosses of fire tells him that he must purify the sin of the world, in addition to having dreams where he sees himself surrounded by bodies in hell if he does not do it, so Isaiah begins his mission discovering that he has a dark basement in his house and finds a cross to which he now prays and obtains ritual praises with the blood of the palms of his hands in its honor. He acquires medieval torture instruments and begins to "purify people of their sins" in voracious murders after torturing his victims, starting with a lesbian whose eye he gouges out and her scalp and then smashes her raw skull with a hammer.
The lesbian's partner and the victim's brother, who is a policeman, begin to investigate who murdered his sister.
So Isaiah continues with a thieving businessman whose feet he cuts off and slits his throat, then murders the impatient landlord who rents him the house for not empathizing with him, he continues with the church father who raped him when he was a child and in a certain way did it this way, with a medieval trap where he rolls up his small intestine and pulls it with a crank until it is torn out, we have more off-screen kills where we only see him cleaning the bloody remains of his basement, Isaiah gets fed up with his sister only contacting him and visiting him to ask for money and fights with her several times, until the day he finds her stealing his savings, so he kidnaps her and cuts off several fingers from her hands, but in that the brother of his first victim identifies him by the ring that his sister wore the night she was murdered when he finds him in the church and follows him to his house where he kills Isaiah and his sister as revenge and leaves Isaiah's house after leaving his head in two with a machete and imply that Isiah went to hell as in his visions.
