Cathy is a socially awkward and nerdy teen girl, he was a bit bullied by her other classmates for her being "weird". However, Cathy really likes her teacher, Philip Balszak. One day, her classmates pranks her by forcing her to seduce Philip so they will be her friends afterwards. However, the seduction fails as she accidently pushes Philip ti the shelf, making a bottle of sulfuric acid accidently fall on him, burning and deforming him. Cathy was traumatized and disturbed from the event. She was then sent to a mental institution as result. She starts to develop hatred towards her classmates for the prank, and after hearing about them lying about the event that Philip tried to seduce her first in an innapropiate way, thus framing him, her hatred grows. However, sometime later, she was released, Philip also returned and had a sex change. Philip returns as Mrs. Vickers, she makes Cathy to help her in taking revenge for the prank. Cathy joins in, so during the school's newest famine, they start to kill the students responsible for the prank, aswell as anyone else that is in the school. Cathy and Vickers take on the school's mascot costume aka The Nailer as their costume for their murders. Cathy and Philip then starts brutally kill and torment anyone in the school out of revenge.
