Characters that has aspects about them (like motives, costumes, weapons, names, personality, the way they talk etc.) that are ridiculous, insane or stupid.

Examples: The New York Ripper quacks like a duck when calling the police, almost everything about The Breather, and the Killer from Sister Of Ursula uses a wooden dildo as a weapon.
