Bobbi was born as Robert Elliott. Robert was from England, and moved to New York at some point. He studied to become a psychiatrist. Robert had a secret desire to become a woman, so he created an alter-ego. The alter-ego, named Bobbi, ironically needed some help mentally, so she started to visit other psychiatrists. Bobbi wanted to become a woman, but was unable to due to Robert's masculinity. One of Robert's patient, Kate, aroused Robert. Fearing that his masculinity will take over, Bobbi murdered Kate in an elevator. Her murder was witnessed by a hooker. Bobbi started to stalk the hooker, named Liz, planning to kill her. She almost kills Liz, but is stopped by Kate's son, Peter. Peter believes that Bobbi is one of Dr. Elliot's patients, so he sends Liz in to recover the files. Liz ends up seducing Robert, awakening Bobbi's bloodlust in the process. Peter sees Robert transform into Bobbi, and tries to stop her from murdering Liz. Bobbi nearly kills Liz, but is shot by a detective. Bobbi is then sent to a mental institution, where she possibly murders a nurse.
