Nothing is too much known about Baghead's past. He was once found in a bag as a baby (unknown who put him there) by a man. The man was horrified by the baby's deformed looks and smile. The man didn't knew about his parents so he decides to adopt him and makes him work in his hardware store. He also gives him a bag to cover his deformity. It isn't revealed what happened after it, but it's shown in the trailer that Bagman began killing from a very young age. Doing murders throught his childhood, teen and now adult years. He mainly kills those who say his name 3 times. There could be a possibility that he is supernatural. Bagman killed many unknown number of people prior. One day, he kills the friends of a young woman named Kimberly. He chases her down. Meanwhile, Kimberly tries to warn some gangsters that the killer is after him. The gangsters doesn't believe in the existence of the killer, until they say his name 3 times. The Bagman appears and starts killing a ton of gangsters one by one.
